Savannah Richey

Savannah Richey, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Pacific Counseling Center at Fresno Pacific University, where she works primarily with young adults navigating identity development, performance pressure, and life transitions.

Her clinical approach is holistic, integrative, and grounded in the connection between body, mind, and lived experience. She uses systems-informed and somatic perspectives to help clients understand stress and burnout, increase body awareness, and develop sustainable tools for resilience and emotional regulation.

With more than 20 years as a competitive athlete, Savannah brings personal and clinical insight to her work with student-athletes. She supports athletes navigating performance pressure, injury, identity, team culture, and the challenges of overtraining and emotional suppression, with a focus on developing healthier and more sustainable relationships with performance and movement.

As a biracial woman, first-generation college graduate, and Central Valley native, Savannah brings a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens to her work.
