Therapy is a sacred place where I walk alongside my clients in their times of boldness, endurance, and vulnerability. I believe in creating safe spaces that allow freedom to express, explore, and thrive. My belief in therapy is that as individuals, we are made to connect and to find our voice that guides our life towards healing. In sessions, I actively utilize attachment-oriented approaches, trauma informed, and person centered when working with my clients. I believe that my clients are the experts of their lives, and I am here to walk with my clients authentically.
I am bilingual. I speak Hmong. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I began practicing as a trainee in 2017 working with youths in school settings and adults with severe mental health conditions and trauma. After graduating from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary, I continued to serve youths, families in the school settings and adults at the University level with individuals who have been impacted by traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and life adjustments.
My ambition is to hold a safe and sacred space where clients can engage themselves with authenticity, compassion, and to deepen self-worth.
