Kayla Rocha

Hi there! My name is Kayla Rocha. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, under the clinical supervision of Bao Yang here at Pacific Counseling Center. I am trained in Child Abuse Mandated Reporting, Gottman Level 1 and 2, EFT: Attachment-Based for Couples in Crisis, and SBIRT. I am passionate about creating an environment that feels welcoming where you can feel free to express yourself. My goal is to be your support as you navigate and explore feelings, events, and relationships. I believe in human connection and creating a therapeutic relationship as a way to support you. I hold a BS in Child and Family Science with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. With months as a therapist, I have helped quite a few clients by overcoming challenges and build stronger relationships, which leads to happier lives.
