Alisha Ganske

I’m Alisha Ganske, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pacific Counseling Center. I earned my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno, and have been practicing as a licensed MFT for three years.

I’m passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and work toward meaningful personal growth. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where individuals can reflect on their experiences, gain insight, and feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs. I utilize evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I have experience supporting individuals with self-esteem concerns, childhood trauma, relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, grief, challenges during adolescence, and PTSD.

I believe that creating a safe space for people to explore their lives and work toward their goals is both sacred and a privilege. Through building mutual trust, respect, and collaboration, I believe each person has the capacity to grow, heal, and move toward their own unique potential.
