Audrey Cavazos

Hello, my name is Audrey Cavazos. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #162118 at Pacific Counseling Center, under the supervision of Bao Yang. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I work through a person-centered, humanistic lens, alongside family systems, EFT, and Gottman for couples. I am inspired and motivated to create an environment that is warm, safe, collaborative, and affirming where patients feel valued and empowered.

My goal is to support my clients as they navigate challenges and move towards healing, as well as create a greater understanding and awareness of themselves. I believe that every being has an inherent purpose, resiliency within, and the capacity for growth. I also believe that every individual can benefit from a more reflective sense of self, and can create a space for personal empathy, and self-compassion.

I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. With 2 and a half years as a therapist, I have helped dozens of clients overcome challenges, build stronger relationships, and lead happier lives. Whether you’re struggling with relationship issues, personal challenges, or seeking growth, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
