Gabriela Saucedo Meza

My name is Gabriela Saucedo Meza, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pacific Counseling Center. I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary. With 7 years of clinical experience, I have experience in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, generational trauma, life transitions, and supporting first-generation adults and children.

As a Latina therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, culturally affirming environment where your story can be fully voiced, heard, and honored. I operate from the belief that you are the expert of your own unique life experience; my role is to walk alongside you, supporting your growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding clients from all walks of life as they overcome personal challenges, deepen their relationships, and build more fulfilling lives. Whether you are navigating relationship difficulties, working through past trauma, or seeking personal growth, I offer a compassionate, empathetic, and collaborative space tailored to your needs.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving the high-quality mental health care you deserve.
